Design / Preassembly of Plate Pusher Kiln

For an important project in high-temperature process technology, we completed the design and preassembly of a plate pusher kiln. This kiln type is characterized by precisely controlled temperature management and high energy efficiency, which are especially important in the ceramics and metal industries.

During preassembly, all essential components and modules of the plate pusher kiln were assembled and tested. These included the kiln structure, conveying systems and thermal insulation elements. Close cooperation between our engineers and installation team enabled smooth integration of the complex technology.

Special emphasis was placed on quality assurance. Intensive tests were carried out during preassembly to ensure the kiln would function seamlessly in the later production environment. This significantly shortens installation and commissioning time.
